SHIPMENT AND COURIER INFORMATION
Shipments are made via courier UPS or DHL and, at the moment of the shipment, clients will receive a second order confirmation by email with a tracking number in order to follow the shipment at any time.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders made are shipped by Nomination, Sesto Fiorentino (Florence), Italy, from Monday through Friday 2:00pm – 5:30pm. Orders made during the weekend will be processed beginning on the following Monday morning. Orders made on holidays will be processed on the successive business day.
Orders for articles already available in stock will be sent within 5 business days from the moment of order. Articles temporarily out of stock are guaranteed shipment within 3 weeks. Nomination reserves the right to postpone shipment in case of circumstances beyond their control.
SHIPPING COSTS
For Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus and Ireland shipping is free for orders of 80,00 € or more; for orders totalling less than 80,00 € a contribution of 8,00 € is requested. For Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Malta, Romania, Poland and Norway shipping is free for orders of 80,00 € or more; for orders totalling less than 80,00 € a contribution of 10,00 € is requested.
For Iceland shipping is free for orders of 250,00 € or more; for orders totalling less than 250,00 € a contribution of 35,00 € is requested.
For United Kingdom shipping is free for orders of 100,00 £ or more; for orders totalling less than 100,00 £ a contribution of 10,00 £ is requested.
For Us and Canada shipping is free for orders of 100,00 USD or more; for orders totalling less than 100,00 USD a contribution of 10,00 USD is requested.
For Gibraltar and Iceland shipping is free for orders of 250,00 € or more; for orders totalling less than 250,00 € a contribution of 35,00 € € is requested.
For Brazil, China, Venezuela shipping is free for orders of 250,00 € or more; for orders totalling less than 250,00 € a contribution of 30,00 € € is requested.
For Mexico, Ecuador, Uruguay, Colombia shipping is free for orders of 150,00 € or more; for orders totalling less than 150,00 € a contribution of 25,00 € is requested
Eventual shipping costs are calculated at the moment of cart summary visualization.
Any customs duties are paid by the customer, except for the USA, Canada, Switzerland, Mexico, Ecuador, Uruguay, Colombia, Australia and New Zealand.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Nomination insures its shipments against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance is no longer valid.
